Jobs of the Future

We are witnessing a change of scenery towards a new era that encompasses technology and knowledge, both go hand in hand.

According to the projections made by experts on jobs, 40% of current jobs will cease to exist in the next twenty years and will be replaced by robots and Artificial Intelligence. Physical and repetitive jobs are the most likely to disappear.

Most of the fields of work that are being established are: Computing, everything that is related to: Programming of systems, networks, updating of equipment, technological communication, among others.

Medicine: Nursing, Doctors,

Education: Teachers with a lot of creativity and innovation

Human Resources and Human Development as Couch

Digital Marketing, and there may be more jobs of which at the moment I do not know.

As there are changes in the jobs, they will no longer be permanent, depending on the requirement of the company, so there is competition and it is necessary to prepare with bases such as: Knowledge, creativity, being informed, speaking another language, knowing how to innovate, knowing how to communicate, being open to change, among others.

I decided to write this article to make a little pause and tell you that this is part of being human, and not to be scared and if to prepare, a big hug, I attach a book that is very interesting which talks about this topic:
